Join Misa in this transformative experience! Take yourself deeper into your sadhana, which is a spiritual journey you undertake for yourself. The aim of this class is to guide the student into creating a great morning routine as according to yoga and Ayurveda. As we practice together, we will start with some cleansing practices, followed by movement to prepare your body and mind for meditation. The whole practice balances the physical with the mind and spiritual side, and takes a more traditional approach in the yogic tradition. Doing this full yoga practice first thing in the morning could be one of the best ways to start the day, leaving you refreshed and invigorated!
